All the shops, restaurants, rich history, festivities, and nightlife are right here a few steps away! Enjoy the sunsets over the river while sipping a glass of wine on the front steps before going out.
While in the space you get the feeling of old Portsmouth with large original wood beams in the ceiling and brick walls throughout. It gives you sense of comfort and the history of Portsmouth.
The Living Room is spacious with a 3 person Couch that pulls out to a Queen bed and a stylish chair in the corner. 55' Wall Mounted TV w/soundbar with Roku, Netflix included.
The Bedroom w/King Memory Foam Mattress is very comfortable and there are multiple pillows to choose from. It has an area next to the closet with a desk to work when needed or get ready for the night in front of the mirror.
The Kitchen includes everything you need to cook a dinner or breakfast. Enjoy your takeout at the 4 seat round dining table, play card games or chat about deciding which part of town you want to walk to in the morning to explore the city from this central waterfront location. In the morning make a Coffee Maker and French Press, pots and pans, utensils and dishes. You'll find all you need to prepare a full meal or just microwave some popcorn.
To enter the unit you do have 2 flights of stairs inside. Unit is on the 3rd floor.

“Great location near everything! We were able to walk to most places. The apt was well appointed w/ snacks, toiletries and the bed was so comfortable, especially after a long day exploring. Street parking near it was ideal. Please note, parking rates apply 9AM-8PM. Download ParkMobile app prior to your arrival you can easily select the zone and re-park at 9AM. This was the closest to the rental but the parking garage was also accessible. We fell in love w/ Portsmouth and will definitely come back again. Thanks for a great stay!!!”
“We had a great stay at this cute but spacious spot for 3 nights in Portsmouth. Really nice, thoughtful little touches throughout with the decor, snacks, toiletries, etc. Very comfortable and cozy. Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. One hack for parking: the lot at the end of this street cost $60 overnight but we found free parking at the Parrott Avenue parking lot, just a 5 min walk away.”
“What a perfect location to be downtown and near restaurants, pubs, eateries and shops! The space is nice and wide open and beautiful tall ceilings. Decorated in a cute Turn of the Century meets a little BOHO, we were immediately comfortable. The large windows let in lots of natural light especially in the morning. A parking lot is just steps from the front door.”

The location can't be any better with shops and restaurants literally right at your footsteps. Portsmouth is such a great town and we had so much fun exploring it while staying at the perfect apartment.”
